Consultation

Have a quick chat to ask any questions, hear about my experience and see if we're a good fit!

Service Description

These sessions are meant to be a short connection so that we can both get to know each other a little before deciding if we would be a good match for each other. Feel free to ask about my therapeutic tyle, background, etc., and give me and idea of what kind of support you're looking for. Please note that these are meant to only be around 15-20 minutes and the initial session will get into mre details. If the call is longer than 30 minutes, a $30 charge will be added in 15 minute increments.

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice without being charged. This allows me to schedule another person in that spot. I offer a 10 minute window to allow for commuting issues before considering session to be a no-show. If you find that you can’t attend in person, but are able to connect via phone or virtual, we can continue as planned without a cancellation charge. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows will be billed in full. As always, please let me know if you have any questions about this policy.

Trans, BIPOC Pride Flag

I aim to create a welcoming and brave space for 2SLGBTQIA+ people, and I work from a body and sex positive, affirming lens. I believe that Black, Brown, Indigenous and Trans lives matter and that therapy is political. What I mean by this is that we do not exist in isolation from external factors. Race, gender, sexual orientation, religion and other societal factors influence and shape our experience. Ignoring this and other intersectionalities in the therapy room is doing you a disservice and I want to honour all parts of you.
