You don't have to do this alone
A short introduction so you can get a feel for who you’d be working with.
Do you feel like something is missing in your life but you can't quite put your finger on it? It could be that you're not living as authentically as you'd like to be.
Many of the people I work with share that they feel stuck in some aspect of their life and want to deepen their connection to themselves and others.
I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing:
-
Grief and loss
-
Big life transitions (divorce, death, retirement, empty nest, etc.)
-
Relationship struggles
-
Exploring aspects of sexuality, and kink
-
Consensual Non-Monogamy (with partners or solo)
-
Topics around 2SLGBTQIA+ and kink communities
-
General life stress and feeling "stuck"

"I planned this office with the goal of creating a place that people can come and
feel comfortable to be themselves.
In a world where the colour of the year is white, we are often encouraged to mute ourselves (energetically and vocally) and don’t always have access to spaces where we can show our true colours.

I chose the colour palette for my therapy office specifically to bring a since of calm (soft blues and white/light wooden accents) while also showing that
you don’t have to blend in and be like everyone else.
I mean - what therapist office has a turquoise wall?? Mine does. I want to be able to be myself at work, and I want you to have somewhere you can do the same.
Colour is encouraged here.
Don’t dull your shine for anyone."

The Values That Guide My Practice
I aim to create a welcoming and brave space for 2SLGBTQIA+ people, and I work from a body and sex positive, affirming lens.
I believe that Black, Brown, Indigenous and Trans lives matter and that therapy is political. What I mean by this is that we do not exist in isolation from external factors.
Race, gender, sexual orientation, religion and other societal factors influence and shape our experience. Ignoring this and other intersectionalities in the therapy room is doing you a disservice and I want to honour all parts of you.
